Private In-Home Nutrition & Meal Prep Coaching This isn’t a meal delivery service. This is a transformation at the source, the second step in mastering your nutrition from the inside out. After completing your Nutrition Coaching & Guided Grocery Experience, this private, in-home session takes everything you learned to the next level. You’ll apply your new knowledge in real time — learning to prep, cook, and organize your meals for lasting results. This immersive experience is designed to teach you how to fuel your body with purpose. You’ll develop a system that fits your schedule, goals, and taste, without relying on restrictive diets, guesswork, or expensive delivery services. What’s Included Step 1: Review & Preparation Before our session, we’ll briefly review your updated nutrition goals and confirm your personalized grocery list based on your macro targets and food preferences. You’ll shop in advance using the tools from your first session, so you’re fully prepared for what comes next. Step 2: 3-Hour In-Home Meal Prep Coaching I’ll join you for a four-hour private cooking and meal prep session in your own kitchen, turning your plan into practical action. Together, we’ll: - Prep and cook a full week’s worth of balanced, goal-oriented meals - Learn portion control, macro tracking, and efficient storage methods - Discover time-saving prep systems that make consistency effortless - Explore seasoning, sauces, and flavor combinations that keep meals enjoyable - Build a personalized meal rotation and prep strategy that fits your lifestyle By the end of this experience, you’ll have a stocked fridge, a structured system, and the skills to maintain your nutrition goals with confidence and independence. This is where transformation becomes sustainable, not just through information, but through action in your own kitchen.
Cancellation Policy
Nutrition Coaching, Personal Training & Train With Me – Booking Policies Scheduling & Sessions All sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. Sessions are 60-120 minutes unless otherwise specified. Clients must arrive on time; sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Payments Payment is required in advance to secure sessions or packages. Accepted forms of payment: Credit/debit card, ACH, or cash. Packages must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise noted. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations & Rescheduling A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited. No-shows are considered a forfeited session. In case of trainer cancellation, clients will receive a full credit or reschedule at no charge. Expiration of Packages 5-session packages expire 6 weeks after purchase. 10-session packages expire 12 weeks after purchase. Expired sessions cannot be redeemed or refunded. Health & Safety Clients are responsible for notifying the trainer of any health conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect training. A medical clearance may be required prior to participation. Proper workout attire and athletic shoes are required. Liability Waiver All clients must sign a liability waiver prior to their first session. Participation will not be permitted without a signed waiver. Commitment & Conduct Clients are expected to commit fully to their fitness journey. Respectful communication and behavior are required at all times. The trainer reserves the right to terminate services if policies are repeatedly disregarded.
