Service Description

Personalized Nutrition Coaching & Guided Grocery Experience This is a transformation at the source, where real change begins with knowledge, habits, and confidence in the choices you make every day. This 1:1 nutrition coaching experience is designed to help you understand your body’s fuel needs, build sustainable eating habits, and take full control of your nutrition. You’ll learn how to read food labels, decode macros, and shop with strategy, empowering you to create meals that support your goals, whether it’s building muscle, leaning out, or improving overall energy and performance. What’s Included Hour 1: Nutrition Consultation & Strategy Session We’ll start with an in-depth discussion of your current nutrition habits, health and fitness goals, and preferences. Together, we’ll: - Identify your daily calorie and macronutrient targets - Review your current eating patterns and areas for improvement - Create a personalized nutrition roadmap that fits your lifestyle - Develop a customized grocery list with your favorite foods, portion guidelines, and meal prep suggestions Hour 2: In-Person Grocery Store Coaching Next, we’ll take your plan into action. During this one-hour guided shopping session, you’ll learn how to: - Read nutrition labels with confidence - Compare products and spot hidden ingredients that affect your goals - Choose high-quality proteins, carbs, and fats that match your macro plan - Shop efficiently and budget intelligently without compromising nutrition - Discover alternative foods and meal prep staples that make healthy eating sustainable and easy By the end of this experience, you’ll walk away with more than a grocery cart full of food; you’ll have clarity, confidence, and the tools to fuel your transformation from the inside out.


Cancellation Policy

Nutrition Coaching & Personal Training – Booking Policies Scheduling & Sessions All sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. Sessions are 60-120 minutes unless otherwise specified. Clients must arrive on time; sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Payments Payment is required in advance to secure sessions or packages. Accepted forms of payment: Credit/debit card, ACH, or cash. Packages must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise noted. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations & Rescheduling A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited. No-shows are considered a forfeited session. In case of trainer cancellation, clients will receive a full credit or reschedule at no charge. Expiration of Packages 5-session packages expire 6 weeks after purchase. 10-session packages expire 12 weeks after purchase. Expired sessions cannot be redeemed or refunded. Health & Safety Clients are responsible for notifying the trainer of any health conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect training. A medical clearance may be required prior to participation. Proper workout attire and athletic shoes are required. Liability Waiver All clients must sign a liability waiver prior to their first session. Participation will not be permitted without a signed waiver. Commitment & Conduct Clients are expected to commit fully to their fitness journey. Respectful communication and behavior are required at all times. The trainer reserves the right to terminate services if policies are repeatedly disregarded.
